All products are designed by Diana Tverdohleb, Canadian National Pole Champion and founder of Divinity Polewear. After struggling to find grip apparel that balanced safety, elegance, and performance, our founder decided to create her own. Divinity Polewear was born from a real need: worn, tested, and won in real competition.

No! While designed for pole, many customers also use them for aerial hoop (lyra), chains, lollipop, and other aerial disciplines.

Our products are used by beginners, intermediate students, and professional athletes alike. For safety, always make sure to learn new moves on bare skin first before attempting them in grippy apparel.

Yes! We ship worldwide and have shipped to customers in over 50 countries. Please note that shipping to certain regions may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions or geopolitical circumstances. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.

• Canada: 2–8 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days

Customs processing may occasionally extend these times.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are unfortunately outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges unless duties-prepaid shipping is selected at checkout (when available).

Please note: if your package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping or any carrier fees we incur upon receiving the package back.

We recommend:

• Checking around your property/mailroom
• Asking neighbours or household members
• Waiting 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early

If a package appears lost, we must first wait for the shipping carrier to complete an investigation. Packages that are still moving through the transit system are not considered lost yet. If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we’ll work with you on a resolution.

Our products are designed to create an “in-between” grip experience — offering more grip and control than bare skin, while still allowing fluid movement and transitions. They are intentionally less sticky than thigh-high patent boots. 

This is almost always caused by the wrong size or debris on the inner silicone band. Dust, dry skin, lotion, or liquid chalk particles can accumulate and reduce the grip of the band.

Try wiping the inner silicone band with a damp washcloth, or washing the thigh highs fully. This typically resolves the issue.

Also make sure you're pulling the thigh highs up as far as they stretch — they should lay flat and smooth against the thigh, not bunched or scrunched. A scrunched fit will cause them to slide.

If your grip isn't performing as expected, the most likely cause is residue on the silicone from dust, body oils, lotion, dry skin, or liquid chalk.

A note on production: our products are dusted with a fine powder during manufacturing to prevent the silicone from sticking to equipment. While items are cleaned before reaching you, trace amounts of powder can occasionally remain. This is harmless and easily resolved.

To restore grip: wipe the silicone areas with a damp washcloth, or hand wash with mild soap and water and allow to fully air dry.

If your grip is still not performing correctly after cleaning, please reach out to us.

Yes! Our Mesh Grippy Gloves are particularly loved by pole artists who struggle with sweaty hands or hyperhidrosis and want additional grip and control.

• Hand wash or cold delicate cycle
• Air dry only, do not put in the dryer
• Avoid high heat, as it can damage the silicone grip

Silicone naturally attracts lint, dust, and debris — this is completely normal and does not indicate a defect. A lint roller or gentle wash will restore the surface.

Store flat or folded in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before fulfillment begins. Please contact us via email AND Instagram DMs as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee we'll be able to make any changes, but we'll do our best.

International tracking can occasionally pause while a package moves through customs or transfers between carriers. This is normal and does notnecessarilymean your package is lost. Please allow a few extra days before reaching out.
