Refund policy


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and folded neatly in its original packaging.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email us your tracking code so we can monitor your shipment.

  • The original shipping fee (the cost of shipping the item to you) is non-refundable.

Refund Deductions

The following fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund:

  • $2.50 CAD restocking fee for all returns.

  • $12.50 CAD cleaning fee if the item is not returned in “like new” condition.

To avoid the cleaning fee, we recommend using a lint roller to remove any dust, pet hair, or debris before sending your item back.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties are collected by your local customs, not by us. If you decide to return the shipment, duties are often eligible for a refund, but this must be requested directly through your local courier or customs. Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund or reclaim duties on your behalf.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to mail us back the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
