At Divinity Polewear, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.
Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders from our Canadian warehouse within 1–4 business days (excluding pre-orders).
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed, as delivery is handled by third-party carriers and outside of Divinity Polewear’s control.
Duty Fees & Import Taxes
Divinity Polewear is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges that may be applied to international shipments. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.
By placing an international order, you agree to be responsible for any such charges required to clear your parcel through customs.
If duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping fees and any carrier charges will be deducted from your refund

A refund will only be issued once the parcel has been successfully returned to and received by our warehouse
If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to us by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund.
Update for U.S. Customers 🇺🇸: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all duties and import taxes for U.S. orders are now automatically calculated and charged at checkout. This ensures you’ll see the full cost of your order upfront, with no unexpected fees upon delivery. Please note that duties are determined by the U.S. government and are not charged by Divinity Polewear.
Tracking Information
A tracking code will be provided for all orders. Please refer to your tracking link for shipping updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Divinity Polewear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

Checking around your property and with neighbours

Contacting the shipping carrier directly to request a delivery investigation

Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will gladly assist by providing tracking details and any necessary documentation to support a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Divinity Polewear is not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, we are unable to offer refunds, and the cost to resend the package will be the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available. If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
